Fireball - Ultra High Mod Carbon Hydrofoil wing

Fireball - Ultra High Mod Carbon Hydrofoil wing

Take your foiling to the next level with the AXIS Fireball range. Whether racing, crossing channels, or breaking personal records, paddle up, stay up, and go further.

The Fireball’s performance comes from its new high-lift, low-drag foil section, with an aspect ratio of 13 and ULTRA high modulus carbon construction, refined by the AXIS team. These foils offer greater stability and a broader speed range than ever before. Despite a smaller surface area, they deliver impressive range.

The ULTRA high modulus carbon construction maximizes performance, while the high aspect ratio reduces drag, letting you pump faster and project forward. The Fireball’s lift and carry allow for earlier, effortless flight and smooth recovery from touchdowns.

Advanced riders can reduce foil area, boosting speed, range, and efficiency for longer runs. The pitch stability also lets you downsize the rear wing, increasing speed and reducing drag further.

Meet the AXIS Fireball Range

The Fireball 1070 (877 sq cm AR 13.07) is perfect for conserving energy and breaking distance and time-on-foil records, especially in lighter winds or inconsistent conditions. It resists stalling but remains playful and surfy.

The Fireball 1000 (773 sq cm AR 12.95) is built for ultra-long-distance runs and can achieve sub-2:00 min/km pace in high seas. Ideal for intermediate to advanced foilers in downwind conditions.

The Fireball 940 (689 sq cm AR 12.84) excels for advanced riders in strong winds, with exceptional speed and glide for ocean swells and breaking pace records.

The Fireball 880 (604 sq cm AR 12.82) suits advanced, lighter riders looking for record speeds in extreme conditions.

Prone foilers will love the Fireballs' speed and pumping efficiency for wave connection and carves. Wingfoilers can downsize without losing performance across the range, making the Fireballs quick, stable, and versatile.

Connect endless waves in light conditions on the 1070, and take your carve and pump game to another level when the swell is hitting on the 880.

Setup Suggestions:

- Fuselages: Best with the Short Advanced+ fuselage for long downwind runs or the Ultrashort Advanced+ for a surfier feel.
- Rear wings: Pair with Skinny rears like the 359/40 or 358/35 for minimal drag. Advanced riders should consider the Skinny 358/30 or 358/25.
